During the formative years of HFAF a fundraising platform will be developed.  It is anticipated that the traditional methods of fundraising will be utilized, for example grant writing, cocktail hours, receptions and Dinners. 

The Inauguration of HFAF is scheduled to be held in 2010.  The inaugural event will consist of a black-tie dinner where tickets will be sold and a portion of the proceeds will pay for the expense of the event and the remainder will be placed in the organization’s bank account for future programming. 

HFAF will also apply to private foundations and government organizations for grants to supplement the expense of community programming.
